Shamrocks Pub and Grill in St. Peters, which previously had a fire, held one of the first fundraisers for Ferguson Brewing employees this summer, raising more than $7,000.
After Ferguson Brewing reopens, the craft brewery plans to offer a beer and specialty cocktail for sale with proceeds going to start a fund for the region's next restaurant or bar that's damaged by a fire. "It's a way for us to pay it forward," Wiesen said. 聽聽
