Cutline: News Anchor Mike Bush of KSDK, Channel 5, joined legendary comedian Jerry Lewis recently to prepare for the 40th annual Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon. The 21 *-hour fund-raising event begins at 11:15 p.m. Sunday on KSDK. This is the 32nd year the station has aired the Telethon.
