COLUMBIA, Mo. — New Missouri men's basketball general manager Tim Fuller has signed a two-year, $350,000 contract with the program, according to a copy of the document obtained by the Post-Dispatch.
Fuller, whose hire was announced earlier this week, signed a deal that runs through the end of the 2026-27 season. He'll earn $100,000 for the 2025-26 season and $250,000 for the 2026-27 campaign, per the agreement.
That comes in on the lower end of salaries for assistant coaches, which fits with the nature of the newly created GM position. Mizzou has tasked Fuller with “strategic planning and roster construction with an emphasis on alumni engagement, agent relations and NIL optimization."
Fuller will report to head coach Dennis Gates.
If Fuller were to leave the role early or MU were to fire him without cause, the deciding party would owe the other a standard buyout equal the amount of money remaining on the deal.Â

Fuller is in his second stint at Missouri following a 2011-15 run as an assistant coach with the Tigers. He also has experience as a Nike executive and in prep hoops.
Gates, in line with a growing trend among college sports programs, opted to hire his first GM this offseason to offload some roster-building duties.
