Clement Service Center will be located at 3707 Veterans Memorial Parkway, just off Interstate 70, in the I-70 corridor, between the Zumbehl and Cave Springs exits.
The facility was designed with full highway frontage because 鈥渧isibility, location and easy access aren鈥檛 optional,鈥 said Penuel Raj Clement, president and owner of Clement Auto Group. 鈥淭hey are essential for our customers, our partners and the future of our business. The new 63,360-square-foot service center is designed by the esteemed TRI Architects and will be managed by IMPACT Strategies. The facility will feature advanced service bays, an enhanced customer lounge, and expanded capacity for automotive maintenance and repairs, further supporting Clement鈥檚 mission to deliver top-tier service to its customers.

Clement Service Center follows the successful opening of the Clement Supercenter Dealership a half block east. Clement Auto Group and the City of St. Charles have collaborated closely from the earliest planning stages, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness and the highest standards in construction. The team has acquired residential properties and a vacant lot as part of the strategic effort to reface and enhance the neighborhood.
The development is projected to generate $90.2 million in economic impact in its first year, support 120 new jobs and yield $120 million in tax revenue for the community over the next decade.
